The Pier Shops at Caesars hosted an exclusive New Years Eve celebration, Beyond the Velvet Ropes, with parties throughout the third floor as well as Trinity Irish Pub and Game On! The night also included entertainment and music from hip-hop legend Q-Tip formerly of Tribe Called Quest on the main stage.
