The nations naughtiest pub crawl and rock festival returns to Philadelphia. The event starts at noon at The Electric Factory on 6th and Willow Streets in Northern Liberties. At 6pm, 5,000 santas will 'run' from 3rd and Spring Garden (Finnigan's Wake), 3 blocks, to 'The North Pole' (Electric Factory) for the ultimate festival experience.
