Proceeds benefited The Melanie Finley Ovarian Cancer Foundation which provides education and direct financial assistance to young women afflicted with this disease. Runners were encouraged to dart off in style sporting heels of 3-inches or more to compete in a 50 & 100-yard dash for a chance to win prizes.
